Inspiring – Start With Why

Let’s listen to what Simon Sinek said at the following Ted Talk video. This is worth every minute of your time to look at it.

So, here is the Golden Circle:

the-golden-circle

What:

every organization on the planet knows WHAT they do. These are products they sell or the services they offer.

How:

some organizations know HOW they do it. These are the things that make them special or set them apart from their competition.

Why:

very few organizations know WHY they do what they do. WHY is not about making money. That’s a result. It’s a purpose, cause or belief. It’s the very reason your organization exists.

Thanks to Simon Sinek for this wonderful message. I think those principles are not just takeaways for marketers to think and promote their products but also a reminder for us to think WHY first before get to do things in most aspects of life with the best efficiency.

I have seen this Ted Talk before. It’s amazing how he makes people realize the “WHY” aspect as the saying goes, “necessity is the mother of inventions”

Really inspiring. People tend to be ver-subjective of doing things. Why is a way to be objective.
